The Portingale Family<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a0Maurie Portingale is a name many of you may remember. \u00a0As a member of Rossdale, Club President 1969-1971 and Captain 1976-1978, Maurie was also Mayor & Councillor of the city of Chelsea so his family thought it would be a great idea to visit the club on Labour Day to play golf and enjoy the surrounds.. \u00a0Pictured right, his wife Flossie and 4 generations of family hold the Maurie Portingale Cup named in his honour and recently won by current Club President, Geoff Charnley.\u00a0<\/p>\n
