Garden ceremonies

A garden ceremony at Rossdale offers a large gazebo area that is surrounded by our local flora and fauna. For only $650 we provide you with full access to the space for as long as you require. This includes 32 white lawn chairs, a signing table and two golf carts to allow the happy couple and their photographer to drive around our picturesque course for their wedding photos. 

The gazebo can be made even more special with flowers, curtains, an arbore and more, all of which can be supplied by Rossdale (or you can bring your own). We also have a wet weather option available, should the need arise. 

Wedding venue information

Add-on options are to have a food and beverage package outside in the sun while the bride and groom take their photos. With Aspendale beach only a 4-minute drive away, you may wish to have your ceremony on the water, overlooking the ocean and then return to Rossdale for the reception.

Reception services

Our reception services include full set-up, running and pack down of the event. You will not need to worry about anything, and our supplier list extends to stylists, DJ’s and florists. Although we recommend you use our supplier list, it is not essential when making a booking. 

Two of the most popular packages at Rossdale are our cocktail and sit down packages. They include everything you need for a truly wonderful day, without the stress. 

Wedding Cocktail Package

$85 per person Includes:

  • Function room hire for five-hour duration
  • Selection of 7 canapés
  • Choice of 2 hand held dishes
  • Four hour standard beverage package
  • Coffee and tea station
  • Wedding cake served as dessert (if required)
  • Room set to meet your specification
  • White Skirted Cake Table

Minimum 60 guests

Wedding Sit Down Package

$100 per person Includes:

  • Function room hire for five hour duration
  • Chef’s selection of canapés upon arrival
  • Three course set menu
  • Four hour standard beverage package
  • Coffee and tea station
  • Tables and room set to meet your specifications
  • White skirted bridal and cake tables
  • Crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins
  • Personalised menus
  • Large dance floor
