Rossdale Cup Quarter Final Results

Last Saturday we saw four tight contests in the Rossdale Cup quarter-finals. The top two qualifiers in Ken O’brien and Elijah Bulner advanced through to the semi finals along with a good wins from Charlie O’Gorman and William Kain.

The Semi-Finals are shaping up to be another set of fantastic matches which will be played this Saturday the 9th of August.

All Players have been entered on to the timesheet.

Quick 6 – Round 5

Round 5 of the Quick 6 Competition was held last Friday, and it proved to be another fantastic evening of competitive play and excellent scoring. Congratulations to Glenn Brereton, who took out the Round 5 win with a strong performance, finishing with an impressive score of 13 nett. Also finishing on 13 nett was Mitchell De Kretser, who narrowly missed the top spot on a countback to claim second place. Just one shot behind in third was Gavin White, who finished with a solid score of 14 nett.

With five rounds now complete, the overall leaderboard is starting to take shape. Joe Callaghan continues to lead the way with a combined score of 81 nett, while Mitchell De Kretser sits close behind in second place with a total of 84 nett, just three shots off the lead.

Well done to all players for their efforts and great performances so far. Round 6 of the Quick 6 Competition will be held on Friday, August 15th. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Women’s August Monthly Medal

A big congratulations to Diane Treagus, who won this month’s Women’s Medal with an impressive nett score of 67!

The bunker and short chipping will still be available from behind and to the side of the green as pictured below.

Please do not hit from within the white lines to ensure the playing surface recovers quickly.
