US Open Sweep Results

The 2025 U.S. Open concluded at Oakmont Country Club with J.J. Spaun clinching his first major title. Spaun, who began the final round with consecutive bogeys, rallied impressively on the back nine, including a crucial birdie on the 18th hole, to finish as the only player under par. His victory was especially poignant, as he had previously contended in 2022 but fell short in a playoff.

The Sweep Results are below:

1st – J.J. Spaun – Tony Mason

2nd – Robert Macintyre – Max Meier

3rd – Viktor Hovland – Tony Mason

SPEED OF PLAY

As the shortest day of the year draws near, it’s essential to maintain an efficient pace of play to ensure all members enjoy their rounds. Shorter daylight hours mean less time on the course, making it crucial to keep rounds moving smoothly.

Use these 4 tips to help keep your group moving:

  1. Pick Up Your Ball: If you cannot score on a hole, pick up your ball to avoid unnecessary delays.
  2. Play Ready Golf: If you’re a shorter hitter, be ready to play first from the tee.
  3. Prepare Ahead: Walk ahead to your ball if it’s safe to do so, prepare your club, and be ready to hit as soon as your playing partner has played.
  4. Move Forward: If your group is out of position (behind the group in front), once two players have putted out, those players should proceed to the next tee to tee off while the others finish.
