Greenwood Dominates!
The 2025 Lady Captain’s Cup is a 2 round Par event and this year showcased Diana Greenwood’s exceptional golfing prowess as she clinched the title with a commanding performance.
Diana continued her great form from the first round posting an even better +3 score, after +2 in round 1.
Round 2 presented much tougher conditions with wind, cold weather and some light rain.
Final Standings:
Winner: Diana Greenwood – Total score: +5
Runner-Up: Sue Hill – Total score: 0
Third Place: Robyn Charnley – Total score: -1

John Currie Memorial Trophy – Round 2
Round 2 of the John Currie Memorial Trophy took place on Sunday, 4th May. As the competition intensifies, the leaderboard remains closely contested.
Maintaining his position at the top is Kyle Wong, who carded a solid 35 points in Round 2, bringing his total to 79 points. He now holds a 6-point lead going into Round 3.
Tied for second place are James Meikle and Cameron Beet, each with a total of 73 points, keeping the pressure on the leader.

Past President’s & Captains Day
Congratulations to Karin Schmidt and Marilyn King
We extend our warmest congratulations to Karin Schmidt, who won the Past Presidents’ & Captains Day at Keysborough Golf Club with an outstanding score of 43 points.
We also congratulate Marilyn King, the runner-up, who delivered an excellent performance with a score of 36 points.
In addition to their individual successes, Karin and Marilyn teamed up to win the Teams Event on the day – a remarkable achievement by both players.
Well done, Karin and Marilyn!

Women’s Free Beginner Clinics
If you are on our Women’s Introductory Pathway you are welcome to attend our next “Free” Womens program.
Starting on the 21st of May the sessions will run weekly for 4 weeks on a Wednesday at 9:30am. The focus of each session is listed below.
21/5 – Chipping
28/5 – Pitching
4/6 – Full Swing
11/6 – Putting

Dress Code
This is a friendly reminder that our dress code applies to the course, practice facilities and clubhouse.
Most notably please adhere to wearing collared shirts, and avoiding gym shorts.
Staff will be enforcing this policy so please be prepared to enter the club appropriately.
Members please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure your guest is wearing the appropriate attire, checks in at the Pro Shop and pays the required green fee.
Dress code rules apply after your round including footwear. Thongs are not permitted.
