Dear Members

The platform for the Annual General Meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, August 30 

Access will be made available from 6.30pm. If you intend to join the meeting, please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the software prior to joining the meeting. 

The meeting will commence from 7.00pm. Please log in as early as possible to aid the operational team.

Upon entry, if possible, please message your name and membership number to the facilitator via the chat function for the attendance register. 

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact the office via membership link 3 and staff will be on hand to assist. 

The following Board members and staff will host the meeting.
