STAGE 1 Restrictions Announcement – AFTER GOLF BISTRO

The Victorian State Government has begun the gradual re-opening of venues throughout Melbourne, with a range of guidelines to continue to effectively slow the spread of coronavirus. In line with these new regulations, Rossdale will be reopening our dining room and decking area for members only. 

The rules below are based around strict guidelines provided by the Australian Government, to ensure a safe venue for all members and staff. However, it is important to note that the rules outlined from our various governing bodies have been changing consistently. Because of this we will review our operations weekly to ensure we continue to offer our members the best possible experience we can during these difficult times.  

  • Members may utilise the clubhouse area for 45 minutes after completion of their round. This will ensure each group has the opportunity to enjoy the clubs facilities before leaving. 
  • Table service is compulsory.
  • The purchase of food is compulsory while being seated 
  • If it strictly first in best dressed with a maximum of 20 guests in the members bar and 20 guests on the deck. 
  • There is to be no drinks on the smoking deck and this will remain without furniture

 

Please note:

 

  • There will be no competition results read each day 
  • Closing times of the club house will need to be strictly observed with all patrons to leave before staff 
  • Alcohol will be served in a limited capacity 
  • Entrance to the venue will only be available via the members decking area.

 

STAGE 1 Restrictions Announcement – BISTRO SERVICE

We are reopening bistro service on Thursday and Friday nights as of the 4th of June. 

Takeaway on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights will continue as per usual. 

  • We will only be accepting bookings for our Thursday and Friday night bistro. No ‘walk ins’ will be permitted 
  • Upon arrival we will require each persons name and phone number. 
  • Bookings are limited to 1 hour and a half with a maximum of 6 guests per table.

 

Throughout this time it is important to remember that respecting these rules will ensure a quicker return to our day to day running. These rules are non negotiable and the staff have been given the authority from the Board of Directors to ask members to leave if they refuse to follow them.
