Membership Update – Financial Response, March 27th

27th March 2020 - Board Communication, Latest News

Dear Members,

During this period of uncertainty, the administration has received a lot of questions regarding what will occur in the event of a total course shut down and what financial impact will it have on membership.

As such, the Board of Directors wishes to communicate the following.

Should the club be forced to close due to government restrictions Rossdale will offer its financial members a one-off reimbursement in the following way;

The dollar value ($) of the time for course closure, as determined by the Board of Directors, will be credited as a direct deposit to member house accounts

This decision was made so that members could re-engage with the services and culture of the club as soon as any government enforced closure comes to an end. To be eligible for this payment members must be a financial member of the club when the closure is enforced. Members should therefor renew and continue their memberships during this period confident that they will receive the value and time that they have paid for.

Members should also be aware that the operational team have worked hard to ensure that the club still offers a safe environment for members to enjoy their golf and will do so until required by the State and/or Federal Governments to do otherwise.

Current outstanding subscriptions can be paid in person via the Pro Shop, electronically via direct deposit or over the telephone  to the administration department on 9580 1008.

We hope all members and their families stay safe and healthy through this very difficult period.

Regards,

Andrew Noonan

General Manager
