Twilight Competition Update

The Twilight competition will not be taking place for the next two Friday’s (16th and 23rd) due to course availability. We will resume on Friday the 9th of March for a fierce competition between (in no particular order): B. Macquire, B. Gott, G Willian, R. Stok, C. Turner, R. Vinton & T. Winkler.

Spiking the Greens

On Monday the 19th of February we will be spiking the greens.
To ensure our course maintains its high quality Rossdale spikes its green every few months. The practice essentially places thousands of holes approximately the size of a pencil over the putting green allowing water and nutrients to flow through the soil. Please take this into consideration when playing as the putting greens will be a little dusty for a few short days. We thank you for your patience during this time.

Further on from previous correspondance regarding course availability the club will allow 5 & 6 day members directly affected by specific closures to gain access to the course on specified Saturdays.
Timesheets for 5 & 6 day members will be open four days in advance on the Saturdays mentioned below.7 day members will still have exclusive access to book their Saturday games 8 days in advance.

Colts Pennant 2018

Rossdale are looking forward to a successful Colts Pennant season this year. Playing in Div 4, the first round kicks off on Sunday 4th March. We are calling for volunteers to assist with caddying, mentoring and morale boosting! Contact team manager, Tim Cogger to register your interest on ph 0406 306 201.
Rossdale Bag Tags are coming back!

Rossdale bag tags are making a comeback. These new look bag tags are made from solid metal with a white enamel coating and leather strap (see sample below).
These keepsakes are available for playing members to purchase at a cost of $20 each.
Expressions of interest and pre-orders can be placed at club reception.
Pre orders received prior to Wednesday 28th February will be engraved with your name at no additional cost.

The 3rd Annual Pennant Fundraiser

Rossdale is holding it’s 3rd annual Pennant Fundraiser on Sunday the 25th of February. The afternoon begins with a shotgun start followed by a delicious BBQ buffet dinner.
Each year this event has raised funds to support our amazing pennant teams, with the money going towards uniforms, travel costs, entry fees and more. In support of the Rossdale community we encourage everyone to be involved in this exciting event.
Entry is only $50pp or $200 for a 4 player team for the whole day! Entry forms are available from the office- entries close Monday 19th Feb.
For your chance to win the $2000 reverse pennant draw, make sure you buy a ticket from the bar!
